In June 2014 IBM has released the new Informix v12.10 xC4 version. This release offers a broad range of new or/and enhanced features in the fields of Installation, Administration, High Availability Clusters/Replication and Performance. In the following a selection of the most important new or enhanced features:

- Enterprise Replication enhancements
- New event alarms for blocked replication txn
- Faster storage optimization
- Faster Queries with UNION ALL views
We recommend updating to the actual Informix release.
